Sport at itemis
Whoever wants to work for us, needs more than just brains. Only with a healthy back do you not become tormented by office work.
Permanently sitting is harmful for the back and unfortunately it is a part of our everyday work. We create remedies at itemis through modes of working, that reduce the vast amount of sitting. However, this does not go without exercise.
That's why we offer various recreational sports courses, which are specific to bringing the back into shape. These include swimming and – shortly – will also include Nordic Walking.
All within the limits of 4+1, of course!
