Eclipse Now You Can - Model Based Development of Embedded Systems

10/21/2008, 9:00pm, Paris

Eclipse Now You Can is setup this year as a symposium with common themes that everyone can contribute to, as a speaker or as an active participant, and a special focus on Embedded Systems in the transportation, Aerospace, Defense, Telecommunications, Consumer and Medical sectors. Thanks to its sponsors and accompanying exhibition, Eclipse Now You Can will deliver tight networking opportunities to an industrial community eager to learn, share expertise and discover new opportunities and solutions developed by the Eclipse ecosystem. itemis will be present with a team of Eclipse Specialists and lead a Session about Model Based Development of Embedded Systems. About the session:

“Eclipse is a well know and widely used IDE for Java and C/C++. But it can do much more for you. Eclipse can be used as a highly integrated platform for systems engineering. Beginning with model based design, validation, simulation and verification, continuing with model transformation and automatic code generation, ending with deployment, test and debugging.”

This session will give examples and will show, what kind of further support can be expected in the near future.
