Scrum Day 2009
To the 06. The first Scrum day in New York takes place may 2009. The one-day event aims to provide a broad communication platform around agile project management with Scrum in practice the participants. This well-known companies will report their experience with Scrum. Trade talks of this one-day Scrum Konfernz presents news and solution-oriented scenarios and best practices.
Scrum day starts immediately with a highlight. A common keynote with parallel held TeamConf is by no less than by Ken Schwaber, the “spiritual father” of Scrum held.

Sebastian Neus, Board member
Sebastian Neus is as a board member responsible for the areas of marketing and sales. He also advises companies in the selection and implementation of software architectures and IT process models. He benefits from more than 10 years experience in the enterprise environment and a broad knowledge of business management processes.
Prior to joining itemis he founded run-e GmbH & Co. KG, where as general manager he was responsible for the product business.
Sebastian Neus studied business informatics at the University of Essen and has a degree in computer science.
Dr. Martin Mandischer, Head of project management
Dr. Martin Mandischer is the head of department for project management. As an authorized signatory he is responsible for the project management division at itemis. Moreover he coordinates the area of tender management.
As a certified project manager of the PMI, certified Scrum-Master and Scrum Practitioner he has directed projects for more than 10 years in various national and international customer environments. Within the scope of his projects he has already been pressing ahead with generative and model-based software development since 1998 and builds on agile procedure models.
Dr. Martin Mandischer studied computer science at the University of Dortmund from where he was also awarded his doctorate in computer science in 2000.
