Abstract

The Eclipse Modeling Framework (EMF) provides Ecore, a simple and effective way of describing models, EObject, a powerful API for reflectively manipulating instances, along with an extensive runtime library to underpin them. We'll look closely at the tools for manipulating Ecore, the types of things that can be generated from Ecore, as well as the interesting things you can do with those results.
