What is GREAT PLACE TO WORK?
Any German or foreign business as well as any public or private organisation with a minimum size of 50 staff employed in Germany can participate in the competition for “Germany’s Best Employer”. The 'Best List’ for “Germany’s Best Employer” is compiled from a standardised evaluation of all participants.
As an evaluation instrument, an employee survey as well as a culture audit with the people responsible for personnel takes place.
The employee survey covers the overall dimensions of trust, pride and team spirit at work, whereas the culture audit is a questionnaire for the management. It serves to provide a better insight into the overall culture of the organization and to identify the measures and concepts in personnel and management.
