Abstract

We develop software and in doing so, we rely on model-driven development. We generate software automatically from graphic models.

Agile project management is also important in order to be able to keep the development process flexible and goal-oriented.

itemis AG develops effective software solutions and advises in all aspects of information technology. We rely on a model-driven development approach and agile project management.

  • “Model-driven development” is a generic term for techniques that automatically generate executable software from formal, mostly graphic models. We use a model-driven approach in both software development and in the development of tools for embedded systems.
  • Agile project management aims to make the software development process more flexible and lean than the classic predecessor models. We strongly focus on the goals to be achieved and address not only technical but also social problems in software development.
